After posting I had a pre-period bleed again, having had niggling aches for a few days. Not due til Wednesday though. I must be out for this month now surely - I don't even have tests in the house, that's how unconfident I am now!

Like thrift 360 I supplemented with a few things - Vit D, Vit B complex and zinc, along with black cohosh on the cycle I conceived and I did pilates every morning. I also had 4 months of acupuncture which reduced my pain significantly, and me cycle became more regular.

My endo is mostly limited to the left side but is wrapped around my fallopian tube so that was worrying as for the first few weeks I was concerned that it could be ectopic

I also have PCOS and my right ovary had so many cysts that they didn't think I was managing to ovulate properly so was taking metformin to help with weighloss and regulate my cycle but I felt acupuncture worked much better than medications.

Fingers crossed you get a BFP soon

First time using advanced clearblue ov stick.. and its a nothing on day 11. I totally thought that CD14 was my OV day so was expecting a fertile day smiley face as ovia says its fertile few day. Its nice to feel like I'm actually taking control this month

Can't quite believe I'm writing this, but we got our BFP this morning!!! Of course we are very apprehensive as we MC last March, but fingers crossed this little bean will stick and become our rainbow baby x

Haven't really got many symptoms, just high temp and high resting HR, but other than that just tingling nipples which sort of comes and goes.

Only things we did differently were changing my preconception tablets from Seven Seas to Pregnacare, and we used conceive plus fertility lubricant for the first time. Oh, and I had a full body massage at 3dpo, might have helped!

Sorry about the OPK. Maybe buy a bunch of the basic sticks off Amazon and test twice a day for a longer period of time to try pinpoint? That's what my doctor told me to do. Didn't work for me as I wasn't ovulating naturally but that's not the pee stick's fault. My friend did that and got a clear picture and it worked a treat xx
