I've just started using OPK's for the first time today to help me spot ovulation although I'm expecting it to be at the weekend if my cycles are behaving and have settled down now. We shall see!

Evening All,

Twigpig - can you put me down for 1DPO tomorrow please?

We managed to get in a fair bit of BD, my mind/body is already playing tricks on me as i've been feeling a bit odd/wierd/nauseous. I found myself in tears today at work over something really unimportant! Can't actually be pregnant yet, I doubt it, so i'm trying to ignore it all and not look for symptoms.

Don't BD daily, doesn't give the best sperm... 2/3 times a week in fertile week is enough.

Actually there's no evidence that BD'ing every day affects sperm quality. The reason every 2 days is recommended is because it's more achievable for most busy couples
