That was helpful thanks athens, I keep hearing that it works quickly (2 of the ladies in my support group got pregnant within a week of starting metformin)
Do you think the met helped you OV or do you think that was your cycle to catch anyway?

I think it was the medication. 12 months we were TTC, luckily I had an understanding GP who referred me early as I had a confirmed PCOS diagnosis.

It seems too much of a coincidence to be TTC for 12 months, AF very rarely showing up, I had no 'cycle at all and then I just happen to OV after I start medication.

Right, new month, AF today (so helpful to be on the 1st- lovely for the crazy organised person that I am)
This is going to be the month. PMA.
OH is in the same country which is a massive help :rotfl:
My cycles are back to pre-pregnancy/MC timings.
Going to watch my caffeine intake, and probably try SMEP again.
Fingers crossed.
And we've started to plan the wedding too. Got a meeting at a beautiful venue this week.
Had a few tough times recently, just getting upset about the MC but had a tattoo in memory which helped.

You sound really positive munchkin, which can't be a bad thing

I've now been on metformin for 6 days and the stomach problems are slowly fading away....I have to double the dose tomorrow though which I'm sure will bring some more tummy issues
Had a HUGE temp spike this morning, over 1 degree which has utterly confused me but hopefully tomorrows will be more like pre-OV temps or the metformin has meant I ovulated directly after AF which means we are definitely out this month....confusion!
