Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue with using the Eligibility calculator? I have used this tool for the past 5 years and now its unable to find me? I am on the electoral role and have looked into my credit report and nothing is flagging up to suggest why I can't be found? or why no other credit card companies are able to locate me at my current address which I have lived at for 5 years? This means I am unable to apply for any credit cards or loans?! Help

Not of any use to you, but I am having exactly the same problem.
I have my credit report and all of my information is on there; I'm on the electoral roll, I've checked the name and address, and all of the credit history. Yet I applied for another bank (current) account recently and their search came up.
Some years ago I worked hard to get my credit rating better and now this. I'm really at a loss as to why this is happening.
Any assistance would be helpful.

Is this the MSE eligibility calculator? It's possible it could be a technical issue so you could contact someone that runs the site to ask. I'm not sure who the best person to contact would be though.

I know this post is old but I have tried twice to use the eligibility calculator in the last 6 months, first time I wasn't registered but I have now been on the electoral for 4 months, lots of credit things happening and I check my equifax account monthly and nothing untoward so cant MSE find me?0

Yes I have old debts and loans going back several years which have now been settled, current bank account since 1993, mobile phone contract (now closed as I have a work one), current credit cards and a catalogue with zero balance but open. I've had a footprint for many years and stable home life etc.0
