As Thumbremote pointed out I wasn't aware the flight didn't have first class. I thought I purchased flights with Azerbaijan Airlines whereas the flight that was sold was with brand new low cost airline AZALJet which is owned by Azerbaijan Airlines.

As for buying from CheapoAir, If I only purchased a product based on a company name it would mean I'd only go to Carphone Wharehouse for car phones and Pizza Express for takeaways
