1st class airfare without Luggage or Food!!!

First class tickets airline were sold but get this - the tickets didn't include luggage or meals!!!

Clearly mis-sold. Refund is not forthcoming, managers are total rubbish and do not know their left hand from their right

Have already been in touch with CheapMcNasty Air and they use a variety of stalling tactics such as

1. Pretending i need to pay a cancellation fee if I want a refund
(already dealt with that).
2. Giving varying time periods for a refund.
3. Denying a refund has begun
4. Inventing new departments and saying they are dealing with your enquiry
5. Lying
6. Pretending they are doing you a favour by agreeing to refund tickets without a charge (lol)
7. Not entering refund request on system

It goes on..


It's a joke, CheapOMcNasties should be ashamed of themselves - NO NOT USE CHEAPOAIR UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY

Which airline/ route? I cannot think of any true first class product which has a ticket class excluding food and luggage.

(Note - Cheapoair is not an airline, they are an agent.)

Have to say that anyone using a company with a name like that probably gets what they pay for.


I love Peter Kay's book "The Sound of Laughter". One of the many bits that made me laugh was when he said:

OP, if this company is regulated by ABTA or ATOL (it should say so on their website) complain to them, if you reasonably believe that the agent misled you and have failed to resolve your complaint properly.

This was with Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) and the tickets clearly said first class. But in fact what they sold were flights that do not have first class. What a Micky Mouse operation. Would Peter Kaye say that?

So these are not First Class tickets then? In which case I am now confused as to why you are expecting first class treatment with standard seats.
