The thing I always forget on a picnic is a bag to put the waste food in, and something to wipe the plates with. So I normally end up having to clean up the picnic bag when I get home...

If OH and I are going somewhere for the day, unfortunately the car ends up being jam packed!
    For me:
    Heat patches (for neck/back)
Pain killers of some description (ranging from paracetamol to Tramadol)
Baby wipes (I have to have at least one pack about my person at all times!!)
In the summer, sun cream and sunglasses for me
    phone charger and earphones
Eye drops and spray (chronic dry eyes)
    Earplugs (extreme noise sensitivity)
    Lip balm
    Sudocrem
Imodium (I always have a box of them on me as I have a very sensitive stomach)
Spare undies and liners (in case of accidents- has been known to happen!)
    Book/magazine
Possibly cereal bars depending on where we are going
OH is very stoical about all my stuff. When we go out for the day all he needs is his wallet, phone and car keys :D
