It's nicely presented so nothing you really need to change there. Maybe they were just trying to visualise living there and whether the size/layout worked for them. For future viewers I would suggest a floorplan along with the photos.

it's nice, well presented, relatively clean pictures.

    Still early days I think.

Is it priced reasonably compared to others nearby or previously sold?

I quite like it! Random garden arrangement though.

31st really wasn't that long enough, as it's such a big decision - it takes time.

yeah it is slightly, we own our own private back garden, but half of the downstairs back garden is actually a 'shared drying green'.

I know it's not been long, I'm probably just a bit antsy cos I've seen a house I like already!

Also, bear in mind that EAs might "make up" feedback to suit their own purposes.

The typical example being things like "they said other properties seemed better value for money", "they thought it was overpriced", etc.

... because the EA is trying to persuade you to lower the asking price.

Yeah for the area it is, it was valued at £135k.

One of our neighbours sold theirs for £135k in November last year. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/detailMatching.html?prop=37732158&sale=19906066&country=scotland
  • Maybe they are off seeing if they can get a mortgage on it, before they put their offer in. Just so not to waste your time.

It sounds to me as if they really like it, but they have a property to sell before they are in a position to proceed. After all there's no point accepting an offer form someone who doesn't have their house sold. So they are prob running around like headless chickens getting their house on the market, getting a buyer, so they can offer knowing they have a complete chain to offer you :)

I had the same thing. Sadly the people who wanted my house never managed to sell their own house so we had to sell to someone else. That was two years ago and the first people's house is still on the market!!

    Might be on holiday?

Might still be looking at other properties.

My last house sold to the first couple who viewed it - but they took about three weeks to decide to make an offer, so I wouldn't give up hope.

Estate agents will normally seek feedback but not everybody bothers to return their calls.

If they've noted interest (presumably via their solicitor) then perhaps their solicitor knows what they're up to?

Maybe they are looking to add value/space by extending and had a number of viewings to decide how to do it but their figures don't add up.

I agree the estate agent shouldn't let someone view a property 3 times without finding out their position and their opinion.
