    think thats really out of order of them to cancel all the vouchers on you like that, personally, I would write to bbc watchdog about that- see if they can get the main owner on TV to answer for what he/she has done!

    Surely that's a bit much? The people who run Juicy Brains have obviously had some problems in upgrading their site, which as resulted in incorrect reward values being attributed to members. To allow them to correct this, they had to take the site offline.

    The reward vouchers weren't really ours to begin with, so I see no reason to complain for them having removed them.

    Brilliant - cheers for that. I had £75 in Amazon vouchers which disappeared. I sent email to Amazon and they've re-added them (and I've spent them pretty sharpish).

    I hope all this revamping means we'll get more surveys. When I first signed up I would get a fair few per month and now I'm lucky if I get one every two months.

    I tried to follow the instructions in the email but the site must have crashed when I was on there.

    so let me try to understand this- as juicybrains have never let me do a survey (they keep telling me I am not applicable...etc), they give you vouchers that are not really yours? how are they not yours if they gave them to you? not quite sure how it works, do they give it to you before you do the surveys? :confused:

    Also, think its one thing to revamp the site, but another to have all the amazon vouchers cancelled and then not tell you- sending a mass email costs nothing, like 2 minutes of administration time to write a short note saying the vouchers are going to be cancelled, apologise, give a quick explaination, or say if they are going to be added back again when the site starts up again, and then press "send" so the many people who will have been let down.

    Not quite sure I understand.

    I have banked and spent £20 in good faith. Juicy is a victim of its own stupidity.

    Example I was asked to do a survey on HAPPINESS for a £1 and after doing so was given a furteh £9 to spend to make me happy (anybody else have that one?)

    I thought the bonus was for being one of the first to say Hi to the new site....and as I always do I convert immediatly...and on this occasion just made the difference for something I really wanted....on the flipside IS this not Kharma?

    I have done many and survey has crashed near the end ...or been screened out well into the survey....and when I have complained I always get the same reply "forget it the link is broken"?????????

    So a good read is now due!

    It's baaa-ck....
    It's still showing as I have cashed in £20 of vouchers even though I was unable to use them... I emailed Amazon to find out why and they said the vouchers had been cashed in by someone else... No idea how that would be possible...

    What happened to evetyone elses balance/vouchers?

    Hurray thanx for letting us know - I tried earlier but it wasn't working then.


    I just tried to cash in some points for a £5 voucher but it won't let me order. Anyone else having a problem??

    Jupp, I got the same problem. Wont let me order any vouchers either...

    I just sent them an email about it - I think they site is still not workinging 100%!! I want my voucher NOW!!!!!
