I just tried to join did the whole of the questions and ticked both boxes agreeing to terms but it still said I have to agree to terms.

What do I do now?

They had updated their site, had a problem loggin in, but it i sorted now.
They actually does not sent a lot of surveys lately!

I still cant log in to the site and the E mail I sent them has been returned. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with them.

They never replied to my email and I also had one returned. But I was able to log in an get my Amazon voucher which I spent straight away!!!

Hi I've tried to cashed in an amazon voucher from juicy brains and it wont work , amazon keep saying theres a problem with it they are looking into it & try again in 5 mins, its been three days now ,
who do I contact juciy or amazon and how ?

Hi. I had the same message last year with a voucher from another survey company.I contacted Amazon via the Help buttton on the homepage. ( e.mail option) Gave them the voucher code no, expiry date & who had received it from and they put a credit for the same amount into my account.

I had this exact problem earlier this week, I contacted amazon via the Help section on their website, and they said my voucher had expired (even though I only received it on 27 June!) and they extended the expiry date so I could use it. Hope that helps

I've logged in again & it still won't let me get any vouchers
There is no option for cashing in my vouchers.
I have £15 & want to use it, i've emailed them so i hope they reply.
