Just had the email with the new password on, logged on and I've got £41.25. Now I knoew I had under a fiver in there as I've not been doing surveys as I've been away for 4 months.
Hmmm.....but the amazon vouchers would be VERY nice, already thinking what I could buy.
Any one had an email back from juicy brains? do we know whats happened/happening?0 -
I had £140 but quantity selection was disabled. I think that stopped me being tempted
Probably get a life ban or something

My balance jumped to £41.75 so I claimed £40 Amazon vouchers. I haven't redeemed them yet, so if they come back and say there's been a mistake, I'll be disappointed, I can't really complain, I suppose...Everybody dies, but not everyone truly lives0

it won't let me claim mine. I click and go through to the claim page but I can't change how many vouchers I want, it just stays at zero.
Any one had a reply to their email yet?0 -
I can't even log in to my account - it just says invalid log-in or password. Tried the new password they sent me and my old password and neither works. The 'forgot password' form doesn't seem to work, either. :mad:0

I had that problem too dreamalittle, and managed to get round it by copying and pasting the password into the box. It wouldn't accept it any other way
and the sites taking so long to load i've given up now trying to change my password.
The site was great before, i don't understand why they had to mess with it:rolleyes:"Its not the size of the dog in the fight, its the size of the fight in the dog."0 -
I've had the same problem it wouldnt accept my email address and pasword got new one sent still doesn't work.
Tried the copy and paste as suggested still doesn't work.
Will I ever be eble to use juicy brains again.0 -
I saw the email this morning before coming onto mse, my juicy brains page says this
Login into Netpanel failed.
Panelist portal is not accessible.
The most likely cause of this message is webserver is not available
or improper panelist portal configuration.

So i assume they have found out what naughty mse's are doing and took the site down so they can fix it_Jen_0 -
