    Banks are able to calculate ppi redress from details shown on the statements which contain the amount borrowed, the upfront premium charge and the monthly direct debit from the start to whenever you repaid it. You should not need to produce the credit agreement or a ppi policy document if you can provide the above. Sometimes the bank's need it spelling out to them, so don't be fobbed off.

    Thank you, I will now provide copies of all the statements now, not just where it says loan protection and one month of payments for each loan.
