    No I meant a better link than the one B-G-B posted.
    Lets face it, the majority can't be bothered to go and find the required info without prompting, so repeating it might help.
    Furthermore, I posted a link to it on the day it was put on the market, the thread was deleted because somebody took the hump. So now we are all repeating answers.

    They can only 'not be bothered' because IMO misguided / helpful posters spoon-feed them.
    To citykid, the links have been given - but you do need to actually read what's on the webpages and maybe use the mouse a couple of times, like where it says ' how do I find out interest rates?'
    DYOR.
    The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....

    I called yesterday 5 times to open an account and waited at minimum 20 minutes each time without successfully getting through. Tried today twice too! Can't get through and Santander branch is not close to where I am based. It's a nightmare....
