Savings very good so filled in application....So far so good.

Electric From Southern Electric transfered over,wrong readings, but now sorted.

Gas,,,The saga begins.Contract should have started on 15/03/2016,but still active with southern electric.Phoned Extra Energy,the person on the end pleasant but hopeless.
Advised her that I have two active accounts & you are taking money from me :mad:& your not providing me with a service.
She then went away to get advise,& came back with an absolute useless answer....You have to phone GTC transporter of gas,to get your gas supplier as your not on our data base. I Do NOT was my advise to her. My Gas suppler is Southern Electric. After a few more minutes of her banging on about Data base.I instructed her, could I speak to B** J**** Managing Director of Operations.Oh sorry hes on Holiday" ok then your manager please,now.She went off and came back with a totally different attitude...Sorry these thing can take time,Southern Electric are a bit slow , but all should be completed by 19/04/2014, if not ring us & we will investigate.

On Monday will be ringing Southern Electric for their response. Will also keep an eye on my readings & direct debits...The saga continues.....

a) There is a long running thread on ExtraEnergy elsewhere here.

b) Although you are supplied by Southern Electric are you connected via an Independent Gas Transporter and not NG as that often leads to problems and delays ?
