Help with refund from Extra Energy

Hi I recently switched supplier from Extra Energy and now finding it impossible to get a refund from them. I'm £201 in credit with them after paying off my last bill from the, I've called their customer services 3 times the first time I was on hold for over 30 mins the second and third time I got through to someone who then put me on hold straight away after requesting a refund then cut off after few minutes on hold, I've sent them 4 emails in the past week asking about a refund and as yet nothing from them. Is this a normal practice from them trying to delay a refund holding out as long as possible with them earning interest and not wanting to pay it back?
Any help or advice would be great on how the best way to obtain a refund or who else to contact
