I'm finding that I've dropped out of the habit of checking for surveys, PurpleFairy, & I need to get back into it. I will aim to make more effort starting on Monday.

I had too foxgloves and I posted on here to remind me. I was reminded by debtfreeoneday on her diary as she said she’d had a few pr0lific. Thanks DFOD!

I was pleased to get both bread flour and self raising flour on my delivery yesterday - the first time since lockdown. Shop still expensive and we went through it with a fine tooth comb. But after looking at it and talking to a friend yesterday lots have items have gone up in price as well as often only being able to get branded stuff rather than own label which is contributing. Will need to set next months budget accordingly.

I’m going to make bread rolls and make half in to hot dog shaped and half in to round ones now I have bread flour 😃

DH and I have decided on a small purchase to help sort the playroom. Will think about the best time to get it.

DH started decorating a room yesterday with stuff we already have in. Will help him today and see if we can make a decent dent in it. Hopefully now the paint is out, we can do a few other jobs we need to do too on the lockdown list with a paint brush! Will review the list later and see where we are!

    Productive day at chez purplefairy

i did some decorating, now I’ve got in the swing of it and how long the elements will take I can work out how/when to do the rest and a plan.

DH did a sterling job on the weekly clean. All beds done and upstairs all cleaned. I did 3 loads of washing and dried them put another on overnight tonight. Vacuumed all of downstairs and did some other cleaning so House is nice an shiny! Won’t last long with us all at home I’m sure.

Tomorrow will be more decorating. Have bread rolls left for lunch and some cakes made on Friday for treats so hoping for an easy cooking day!

We’ve had a good day today. Spent 2 hours in a queue for an online chat but a) gave me the answer I was looking for and b) thankful I didn’t have to pay a premium number and wait. I was able to do other things whilst waiting to.

I’ve watered plants outside and seedlings inside. Got 2 loss of washing dry outside and put the washing machine through a clean cycle.

DD and I made a recipe for a brownie badge. Some of which was eaten for tea. More than half left for tomorrow. We had all the ingredients.

We had a lovely walk today on a bit of a new route. Delivered a gift on the way. Win win.

Need to think of Father’s Day gifts that can be sent direct to recipients.

DH has made a new product for his business. I’ll get it listed on social media over the next couple of days. He nearly has enough items for an et$y shop!

Sounds good. Et$y shop sounds interesting - I keep debating whether to have one of those.

All sounding good PF, I've found that surveys are very few and far between at the minute just topping up a bit at a time.
