Lovely weekend had by all, even if it was non stop. Next few are about the same tbh, but nice to be making memories.

Still no spare money in the coffers for TT, but it'll soon be pay day :T

The good news is that the frog has definitely been sorted and therefore we can start building soon :T

Have managed to do some home workouts in the last few days too whilst things have been busy which is progress as the gym seems somewhat out of reach at the moment.

    Have a good Tuesday :T

Glad the frog has been quashed. The worst frogs are defo the ones you think have gone, then they come hopping back looking even more amphibious than before.
Maybe there is a club which all these DIY-ers being to, to make life as difficult as possible for subsequent occupants. We found sooooo much that was wrong.... The boiler blew on the first day we were here, & after that, we found thing after thing. i. e the kitchen light bulbs kept exploding & showering us with hot glass. Investigations showed that some previous resident had wired the light fittings the opposite way to how they should have been, despite the wiring instructions still being on those exact wires! Leaks, a flood, condemned gas cooker fitting....... there are still things we need to change!
Anyway, good luck with your building.

Only 4 days until payday :T no spare cash but nothing needed apart from a couple of pints of milk which we can stretch too :o

Just been reading the Escape Artist blog on FI. Though provoking. Have bookmarked for more later. Must go to work, how inconvenient :rotfl:

Something big is happening here, time to hang on. Will update more details soon.

Still need to do more exercise but had a bit of a lightbulb moment this morning. We'll see if I can put in to action.

So payday has been and money shuffle done. I also skimmed two of our annual pots that were looking too healthy and not required to have that excess to divert to something else. Very sensible and given two years ago I didn't have these, this is really quite new to me. :money:

Looking forward to a nice long weekend. Volunteering at park run this morning :D

In other news, the build is happening :T lovely to finally see progress and so worth it after all this time. We need to make some decisions on things this weekend, so will need to visit a couple of shops. Strictly viewing only for idea though :rotfl:

Weyhey!! Sounds good. Both on build and money shuffles... we are now almost at 50% of our credit limit on one CC which was originally near the max. It feels good and that and the marking of time and progress in the spreaddie is really powering me on.... lets all praise :money: and this amazing forum :D

Enjoy the park run. Went out on Friday. Think I will go out again tomorrow as it felt hard work.

Thanks for popping buy and reading to my ramblings folks :D

Lovely long weekend, lots achieved. But sadly back to it today. Oh, well. We're at a good starting point, house clean, meal plan done for the week and food bought.

Need to do some research on something this week (think that'll be a bit of a theme over a few weeks so bear with me :rotfl:) later. But must work first and not get distracted ;)

Small to a party, luckily have a stash of presents to choose one from.
