Looks like harassment to me, that level of texting - BUT their defence would be they think they are pursuing a debt and they 'assume' you are liable because LPS told them you are. In fact you are the registered keeper and if you've never responded to LPS, they do not know who was driving which makes it a little more difficult for LPS if they try a small claim in the end. DO NOT tell anyone who was driving.
Which LPS is it, I think there are two - what's their full name? We can tell you if they do try court. For 5 x PCNs, a parking firm might try in the end (but UCS cannot).
You can defend it if LPS ever try; like any alleged debt, they have 6 years. Stop throwing away the letters, if you were binning them STOP. Keep the letters & texts in case you need to defend a claim in the end.
And stop collecting PCNs in that car park, change your parking behaviour or you mark yourself out as a person worth a punt in small claims, due to the amount. Even a non-litigious parking firm that rarely tries court might have a sniff at a claim if a person has multiple PCNs, because for just one small court fee, they could try to pursue hundreds of pounds by gruping the PCns into one claim. You can see why that's an attractive idea for LPS.
So, which LPS?
Ok I will do that, I will need to install the app on my iphone via jailbreak and I will need to install iblacklist to block them.
I will keep the letters and texts that I received from them, how long I can keep them if the harassment is continue?
Thank you for letting me to know about never tell them who was the registered keeper when I have never responded them.
Yes, I have got 5 PCNs so I have stop bothering to park my car in a private car park as I am parking my car in a public highway now to give me some peace and quiet.
Have the debt collector been paid to LPS as I have never pay them for their silly invoices?
LPS is London Parking Solutions.
Their name is making no sense to me as they are not coming from London. Sound pathetic!0 -

It's £25 to issue a claim against 02 but may be worth it for your peace of mind.
I haven't make a complaint to O2 about the spam texts, but I have only complained to O2 about the harassment texts that I received from the debt collector. O2 stated they have blocked the companies to stop them sending me the texts so I am not sure if that will works.
If I complaint to O2 about the spam texts to issue a claim, but nothing will stop them to send me spam texts as they will find another way so I would have to make another complaint to O2 for spam texts in each time I receive from them.0 -

No, never tell them who was DRIVING. They know who the registered keeper is, the DVLA tell them.I will keep the letters and texts that I received from them, how long I can keep them if the harassment is continue?
Six years is how long anyone has to take a 'debt' to county court in this country.Have the debt collector been paid to LPS as I have never pay them for their silly invoices?
No. The debt collector gets their payment from idiots who pay them. That's why they ask for more money. Ignore them.LPS is London Parking Solutions.

What happens if I tell them who was driving and who the registered keeper?
Would they take me to court if i tell them who was driving?Coupon-mad wrote: »No. The debt collector gets their payment from idiots who pay them. That's why they ask for more money. Ignore them.
Oh I see, well you know that I will never pay them as they have wasted their money. I will keep ignore them until they will give up.
Would that be correct if I pay them, the money would go to debt collector and LPS?Coupon-mad wrote: »http://www.londonparkingsolutions.co.uk/

Yes that is them.
I am going to write the idiots an letter without put my name on as I am going to tell them that I will never pay them, I will tell him to stop bothering me and he can go and freck himself.0 -

They may or may not take you to court but they have more chance of winning a court case against an admitted driver and of recovering a higher figure. So do not tell them who was driving/parked.
The registered keeper is in a better position if taken to court and has more defence points and cannot be pursued for more than the original full sum on the PCN. i.e. not the inflated figure including debt collector additional sums.Would that be correct if I pay them, the money would go to debt collector and LPS?
Yes, they would split it in some way which is why the amount is higher in debt collector demands. In reality, in court - even if you lost - you would likely pay less than UCS are bothering you for!I am going to write the idiots an letter without put my name on as I am going to tell them that I will never pay them, I will tell him to stop bothering me and he can go and freck himself.
I wouldn't bother. Just get on with your life and laugh at each letter. And block the texts.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
