Whilst I wouldnt expect the power point as standard...I would have expected it to be offered as an added extra.
A mirror is to me a personal preference choice and as such I would expect to choose and hang my chosen mirror at a later date but its not so easy to add a shaver/toothbrush point after so I would expect that to be an optional addition prior to handover...especially if it meant disturbing tiles or new plaster.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I'd be pretty annoyed about no shaver point as my shaver is not "cordless" - I have had it about 20 years but it works fine still. I'd also need it to charge my toothbrush which also has the benefit of providing a green "night light" in the bathroom. I would not want to have to faff about fitting a mirror in a new build.0

This thread's reminded me I need to fit a shelf, to give me a fighting chance of being able to use my shaver socket without buying a four foot extension cord.0
