Mellymoo, I have just "introduced" OH to your tiggers via their pics. He was very impressed, especially with the above. He, too says torties are nuts; I must be the only person on this thread who did not know that.
I have just figured out what this picture reminds me of... the scene in Thrones where Arya Stark hides inside the dragon's skull. :rotfl:0 -
^That's an amazing photo. Post it on Reddit and it'll be an internet sensation within a week..
Lovely to see the little furry ones' continuing rehabilitation, mellymoo74. Stripey's ever lengthening name had me in stitches0 -
I need to look at reddit
Stripeytiger has gone out (mainly due to my dogs) his initial reaction to outside was to turn on his heel and run for the kitchen.
I'm taking him next week for felv as I am gonna find feeding them difficult this week.
I got dates wrong because I'm an idiot.
Pickles has a new meow it seems to mean 'hurry up I am dying' only used when I am making her dinner.
I am gonna go shop top up on catfood get my dogs locked away and let stripey back in.
If it's anything like yesterday he will be in sharpish lol0 -
He's mainly called Tyty
TIGER when naughty
Stripey tigerbabies by me when I'm giving him his brush and cuddle.
Multiple names is normal isn't it lol0 -
Melly I don't know if this helps, but I've been talking to some local pet rescue centres lately (through stuff at work) & a couple of them mentioned they're overflowing with pet food from donations, perhaps it might be worth seeing if there's one in your area, if you say that you've rescued some kitties (which is true) they may be able to help you out with some food??
The food bank in my tesco always has lots of pet food given too. XxPlease be nice to all moneysavers!
Dance like nobody's watching; love like you've never been hurt. Sing like nobody's listening; live like it's heaven on earth."

Thanks peebles I will speak to cays protection I think.
Our food bank doesn't have pet food. I had to use it earlier in the year and keeping the pets fed was a struggle I managed though and will again.
