Another thing you could do is see if there is any tuna in spring water at the food bank. That could feed them for a little while. Also they can eat eggs. Or do you have any plain chicken or fish you could boil for them? Or go to a butcher and ask if they can give you anything for your cats.

You could try asking if you have a pet shop near you, other rescues, even the vet.

He is big but purrfectly formed, from that pic... he has a barrel chest but a nice, slim waist. The large, black and white tig next door is the same width all the way along, in other words, fat. Tomcat was a male model/action actor in a previous life, imho... :rotfl::cool::rotfl: He is a feline Arnie!

I can't approach the agencies myself smodlet, not unless it's work related (unfortunately my employer is very strict!)

Melly- when my last cat passed away, I offered the food I had left on fb. Is it worth seeing if there are any groups on there? Or even post a wanted ad on your frrecycle/freegle, you've done such a lovely thing taking those cats in, I'm sure someone will donate.

Farmfoods had some big packs of plain chicken in, & big bags of whisk as biscuits. Not ideal I know but would keep you have no a couple of days.
