hi there - please could you tell me what your scores where? as i thought mine were pretty good at 6-5-4-4-- but still on reserve list

i am on the reserve list and got the same attachment re pensions - so i emailed them hoping to get some sort of clarification!

Still waiting in Nottinghamshire !! I can't believe the website has had no information on it to keep us in the loop. We were told at our interview that we would be informed on the 9th then nothing since. You have to smile when you think our competencies covered A Quality Service & Leading and Communication. What happened to lead by example lol x

Does anyone know if they look at both sift test and interview scores or just the interview?

How it reads on the web site it is just the interview but not 100% sure. It seems like there must have been a lot of high scorers if 5s and 6s are going on the reserve list. x
