There's another forum on Student room about DWP jobs. They seem to be doing London region at the mo; those people have been contacted with offers or reserve list info. Hopefully our turn soon. I'm even dreaming about it now - I dreamt my status was changed.0

I rang them today and was told it would hopefully be this week!!!! So sorry Nottinghamshire but looks like we could be looking at another week before we hear.0

Reserve list. Can't describe the gutting feeling.0

Me too 😥 What feedback did u get for your interview?0
-
Well I scored 6-5-4-4. Quite gutted as I really thought I did better. At interview they seemed to like my answers; but obviously there were better candidates. Then at the bottom it says "Candidates demonstrates I clear passion for supporting and developing people and with the right coaching will excel in the role of Work Coach"0

I got 5-4-5-5 but didn't receive any feedback other than that from my interview. Did u find that information in the feedback tab on CSJ?0

Yes - in the feedback tab. The scores were listed and then under the Overall Rating section it had thay comment written.
Advice for anyone still waiting to hear - e-mail them for an update. I e-mailed last night because it had been five weeks since my interview. Although I got no specific response back to my e-mail, the feedback was updated shortly after 9am this morning.
Also, and I don't know how true this is - my situation is that i'm currently on JSA because I lost my job in March. It was my Work Coach that told me to apply for this role. I went in this morning to sign on and told her i'm on reserve. A) She said she was recruited from a reserve list so that made me feel better andnow I don't know what regions this may apply too, but she said they may be recruiting again very soon because overall not many people applied as was the case in 2012.

But I also think I let myself down with my locations. In the Leicestershire/Northamptonshire region they were looking for 25 people and it stated that they were looking to fill the majority of these places in Northampton.
I'm Leicester based so naturally I chose 3 Leicestershire locations and excluded Northampton altogether; which I even thought at the time may be a bad idea. But i've travelled 1 hour plus there and back to my last job from Leicester and it's horrible - can't be dealing with that again. Sucks the life out of you.0 -
The overall rating and comments on mine are blank 🤔
In my region there were 50 positions so I wonder if they filled all those positions and will then go to reserve if they turn them down. Or whether the candidates that achieved above a 5 in all areas automatically get the job and below that go onto reserve. I also wonder how many people are on reserve list that would give a good indication of our chances.0
