DWP HR take incompetence to a whole new level.

    This, exactly this.
I applied months ago, and received three emails telling me to go along to assessments/guidance courses on three different dates. My job advisor then advised me to go along on another - different - date, and then didn't comment about all the mix ups.
I did an online application/assessment thingy and have not heard anything back since.:(

Are you applying for a job with the DWP? If you've not heard back from them regarding an interview for the DWP then you're more than likely out of luck as they finished them a week or so ago.

You should have received feedback on your online assessment however, that was instant.

Does anyone know if they look at both sift test and interview scores or just the interview?

Interview only. The sift is only looked at when deciding if you get an interview.

Hey everyone. I've been following this forum for a couple weeks now and just thought I'd share my experience with you all.

I received a Provisional Offer on Monday from Kent. Had the phone call on Tuesday to discuss start dates and get paperwork sorted. My scores were 7-6-7-6 which I was surprised at as I found the interview questions quite tricky.

Hope those of you on the reserve lists get a position ASAP :)

I had my interview on 15th April for the Leicestershire/Northampton region. I've not heard anything as of yet. Application on their website still says under review. Very long-winded process.

I enjoyed my interview experience but who knows if I score high enough to be offered a role. I hope so!!
  • Hi

Has anyone heard any news from London? ...this wait is too much.
For the whole week I have been checking my emails this is not healthy lol ...I have my fingers crossed I'll be one of the lucky ones.....
    Thanks

I have just logged on to CSJ website and i have received the following message:
    Application in reserve

You’ve reached the required standard but we’re unable to offer you a job immediately.

We've placed you on a reserve list from which appointments may be made if a similar job becomes available.

Not sure how to feel about that - feel a bit in limbo

What area are you in, mine has updated to include review which is something but not what I was expecting.
