Lip balm in. A real needs must product.
No other cosmetics ins. Received a skin care testers for a balm cleanser. it might be nice. But I am testing before I buy anything else.
I went past the skin care counter and spoke to the assistant. I wonder where do they train to come up with the idea that insulting you and telling you that you have a problem is going to trigger a sale. It feels such a gauche approach. I have a problem with this type of selling it is lazy. It is like the body shaming thing gyms sometimes do. they could nicely sell by saling this is a great product to incorporate to your regime without slagging off everything else you use.
My rant is that I feel if a person wants to buy x y or z have the skills to not make them think they have a different problem. This selling method leads to our problem buying for issues we do not have.0 -
Deleted_User sorry to hear that you got some bad health related news. Do you have an unopened lip stick or palette in you stash? Open something new, blowing the money will change nothing, sadly.
I hope you feel better soon0 -
Deleted_User that's not good about you having sudden news about your health.
I do hope things look up for you soon and I hope the test results come back okay - it definitely sounds like you deserve to go and get some nice things, or treat yourself to using the nicest stuff in your stash! *hugs* I completely understand how it makes you feel regarding wanting to blow money on toiletries! I was the same when they informed me my problems are degenerative, will mean surgery at regular intervals and will put me in a wheelchair eventually as I never thought it would end up this bad and it knocked me for six- I guess I drown my sorrows in excessive spending and hoarding as it all kicked off after that, I was never obsessed with toiletries before, and I do think it's partly because when you have health problems sometimes having nice perfume or a nice bath with something that smells nice etc makes you feel so much better, especially if you are limited with other things, sometimes I think my toiletries and having nice scents around me are comforting and one of the things I can still enjoy and that's definitely where the spending and shopping issues started! (And the obsession with lush and bomb cosmetics
) Always here if you ever need someone to talk to xx

I think I have found the worst body scrub EVER. The last one that I found in my stash was you Tge Orange Tree and I was given it in a set by my Secret Santa. It basically was a pot of oil with very few scrubby bits. Tipped it down the sink.
Am painting my nails again as most of the colour peeled off.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
