Club Lloyds Monthly Saver standing order?

Options
Upgraded my old account to Club.
Opened the Monthly Saver.
Can see both in my online account.

Monthly Saver is supposed to be credited monthly by a SO.
However, when for Club Lloyds I click

More actions > DDs and SOs > Set up a SO > To One of your accounts

- I don't have the Monthly Saver in the drop down menu "Your account: Please select..."

Before I call them, does anybody have any idea what I am doing wrong?

    Nothing grumbler

I've had this previously. For some reason the Monthly Saver doesn't appear in the drop down list.

All you do is enter the sort code and account details as if its a SO to an account at another bank.

No idea why they haven't fixed this:(

A Lloyds problem. I mentioned this to my Lloyds manager recently. He sighed and said they'd been trying to get action on this for months. :(

Yeh, exactly as others said, Lloyds know about it but haven't fixed it to appear in your drop down menu yet so it's a case of setting it up manually as if it was an external SO.

Edited to add - this is for both the 'Monthly' and 'Club Lloyds Monthly' savers. :D

I opened a Club Monthly Saver on-line today and after the account was created I was given the option to set up a standing order to the new saver account. Very straightforward.

Not just the HTB, setting up SO, opening a new savings account amoung other issues online.

The same banking group and buggy banking software.

I was testifying its sister Halifax has the same issues so it is not exclusive to just Lloyds Bank but Lloyds Banking Group brands as a whole :)

When I opened my account, the 1st payment was made on the 30th but I changed the standing order so that the next payment was taken on the 2nd of the next month. The second payment was not rejected but will it have gained any interest as both payments will count for the same month?

    Thanks

You'll be OK as both payments are in different calendar months.
