I have a £6 off £40 spend for Tesco, runs out by the weekend, I am thinking I will go Thursday about 6-30 p.m., I need chicken for the dog, my carte noir is on special £4, might pick up a few y.s.`s at that time of night, this will probably take me into double what I hoped for April, but, a good start for May budget. I will make a list.
Do I need it or just want it.
  • Well, I am hanging on in there. Spent £6.30 yesterday in Lid - got quite a bit - I have £9.38 left - hoping for NSD 2day and will get a few bits 2moz in Morries when that way and hopefully that will be it.

Had 2 small topups last week (£7.05) and the weekend shopping for this week came to £77.37 so a little over budget at £374.15/£360...

Have loads left for next week and DH away, so hoping for a good start to May! See you over there.

This weeks happy discoveries: we all like Spanish omelette :j I'll make that again and it was mostly leftovers!
Unhappy discovery: courgettes added to HM soup make it a VERY dubious colour!

Afternoon! Gloomy cold day here today but not going anywhere for a while. DS had his operation on Tuesday and all went well, he can't walk very far though and I don't know how long it will be until he can. As we don't drive I have to wait until the weekend to go out. I ended up doing an online order to get as much in as I could for the next two weeks. Still need to buy fresh fish for our curry on Saturday though.

So far 7 NSDs, 3 in a row this week for obvious reasons. Total spend is 213.79 leaving me 86.21 for the next two weeks.
