Morning all. Not a great start to the day here, DH can't find the right tools for a DIY job so words have been had and he's now gone to homeb@se to waste more money.

I just want to get the house straight today.

    Have a great day everyone.

  • Morning all,

I'm on it this morning. OH is seeing three clients today, so he will be out most of the day, so I'm going to use today to be dynamic! Nothing wrong with being positive, but what will probably happen is I will spend all day tidying and cleaning and the girls and dog will follow me round making it untidy and dirty again. Here is my overly ambitious list, in order of doing:

    Strip our bed
    WM
    DW
    Kitchen worktops
    Cancel car insurance
    Clean bog, sink, bath
    HHI
    Clear bedroom floors
    Hoover bedrooms
    Tidy hall
    Hoover kitchen and hall
    Mop kitchen and hall
    Mop bathroom
    Walk dog
Wipe over mucky bits in living room
    Papery hotspot Grrrrrrr
If there is any time left, painting.

Right better crack on, have a good day all x

Wet and miserable here, that wasn't forecast!
Hugs good wishes posi vibes sticks and spoons to all who need them.
Shopping done and put away, have mils to take round later and need to nip over to see dd1 with her Easter pres as I forgot to give it her when we did the dress day.
Ds2 has opened his cards and declared that he doesn't really feel any older. Lol he's 16 not 60! Dd3 will be round later with his cake so I'll do pizzas for tea as I'm not sure how many I'm feeding.
Got to nip in the attic later as dd2 wants to borrow the Christmas charger plates as serving dishes for DGS 1st birthday next weekend - can't believe how quick that's come round.
Got a bit of non ironing to put away then some in the wm to put on the drying rack as it won't get dry outside today.

    Have a good weekend all.

Me again. House now almost straight but DH still couldn't do the DIY job so I'll have to arrange a man who can on Monday. Wasting a bit of time on here, will then make something to eat and drop DH off at work.

Then I can get on with a few pottering about jobs. Still pouring with rain yet so no dog walk to clear the cobwebs either.

I'm back at the paid stuff on Monday and I don't feel refreshed at all. Maybe tomorrow will be ok, my last days of hols, DH's first day.

Well due to cf we have not gone to Oh's mothers.. I have the police on speed-dial after he threatened to break my back and legs and to smash my skull in with a hammer.. Just what I need!!!

Noone will actually DO anything.. so I am stuck having to put myself in danger ever time I see it.. I've have numberous panic attacks the last couple of days which I've not had for years and I also told OH to go to his mothers without me and not bother coming back!

I am NOT in a happy place!
