  • I've joined up to Power of Opinions just to see what it's like. Seems to be in the same vein in terms of length of surveys, and amount, as OnePoll - which actually suits me quite well. I do them in odd spare minutes through the day so actually shorter ones work best for me.

  • They are quite good Essex it takes maybe 4-5 weeks too reach payout point. Once you hit the payout point it takes another few days for them too send you a echeque via PayPal which is 3-5 days too clear. I have had 2 PayPal echeques off them are really good.

Re one poll they are doing my head in I am stuck on 38pounds

  • Quiet day for me today I did s few surveys this morning I am quite close too pay out on two-to three sites.

    One poll 38 quid

    Populuslive 47 or 48 points I think

    Opinium research around 94 quid.

and mingle respondi I am on 1800 points 2000 payout. Hopefully I can get 1-2 of these too drop soon the extra money before Christmas would be good. I am still waiting on a 35 uk Toluna payment but they take bloody ages.

I went running today for the first time In a long while less a husky lol 13 miles In 2 hours ten mins. I am in pain everywhere I am trying too get myself ready for going back too work as I usually run home from work which is around 11miles. It sounds stupid but the public transport here is so bad I can run home quicker than it would take using public transport

I used to run quite a bit, but mainly 10ks. I did manage one half marathon, but it was very poorly organised. I think I ended up clicking in at 2.45 which is frankly shocking.

thats not bad bob at least you can say you have done it. Everyone makes a big thing re time and running but for me its to nick a quote from Sean Conway

"its about the experience the getting out in the wild the finding your beard"

"We’re all a lot more physically and mentally capable than we think we are. I dare people just to put their bar up a little bit and they’ll surprise themselves.

The pain of giving up will last forever, but the cold, the hunger, the vomiting, the physical pain you’re experiencing will go away."
