Hi Purplemum, thank you! It's difficult to feel like I'm getting anywhere sometimes but your encouragement definitely helps x0

Not really managed to accomplish anything today (or this weekend). Painted my nails and toenails and that's about it! Although I did find a small something for my bf's sister for either her birthday or Christmas (everyone in their family has a birthday in November or December so trying to get a headstart!). Got it half the RRP from eb@y and it's really sweet and from a brand i know she likes. Moved the money for it from my xmas fund into my everyday account to allow for that.
I'm getting a bit spendy again and I need to reign it in. Bought a pair of earrings today for £20, which although they're a style I've wanted for ages and they're versatile enough to wear them multiple different ways, I really didn't need them and although I waited for 3 hours before biting the bullet, I now feel guilty for doing it. On the one hand I'm trying to get rid of stuff and the other hand I'm bringing stuff in!!! If anyone wants to tell me off please do I feel like I need a kick up the bum.0 -

Want to do 7 items per day. Already did 7 things late last night as I was sitting in bed staring at my clutter!

Went to Tesco, spent £13. My bday purchase arrived today - absolutely delighted with it. Money well spent.
Have made a bit of a rookie error with eb@y. A purse I sold (sold today) I forgot to check the inside. When I got home i realised there is some fraying where the metal has come away from the materialI can't in good faith send that off without saying something, so I've contacted the buyer with pictures. Annoyed at myself but I don't want a complaint down the line for a lack of thoroughness.

I hope that the ebay buyer appreciates your honesty. If it was me, I would. At least it gives them a choice and prevents hassle and negative feedback.
Your declutter plan sounds great too. Where does it all come from?! I'm not joking when I say I've been decluttering for years but I seem to have more stuff than ever. It's a constant battle between me and the clutter fairies :rotfl:

Thanks Ena, I hope the buyer does too! She hasn't come back to me yet, which worries me. I would usually dispatch this lunchtime, but if she hasn't let me know what she wants to do, and I don't dispatch, I then get in realm of being late! But until she replies I'm stuck. Maybe I'll nudge this morning.
This clutter is stuff I've been staring at for the past few years, but you know when you look at stuff for so long it's almost like it's not there anymore!? Does feel quite satisfying just chucking stuff though!!
Have a good week too! :beer:0 -
Ah well, crisis averted. Buyer messaged me back after a nudge to say it's a shame it's frayed but it's very cute, it's going to a little girl and she will try to fix it. So she still wants it, and that will get sent tomorrow lunchtime. She won't have a leg to stand on now if she doesn't like it!!0

Yesterday I forgot to declutter my 7 items....oops. Will try to do twice as much today.
Yesterday was a NSD, today I need to go to the PO to send off my item, and then bf and I are going for a quick cheapy meal and the cinema - going to see the new David Brent film. Interested to see how it translates to the big screen.
I was so tired after a busy day yesterday that I went to bed at 9:30! anyone that knows me knows that that hardly ever happens lol. But as it was so hot and my room is in the loft I had to have my fan on, so woke up with sore eyes. Can't win
Onwards and upwards, another busy day as my colleague who I share the workload with is off this week. Great for her but not so great for me!0
