    Just been looking around online.

Is you Juke a 1.6 petrol or 1.6 petrol turbo?

    http://www.nissan.co.uk/content/dam/cared4/3-Year-Servicing-and-Roadside-Assistance-Package-Terms%20and%20Conditions.pdf

As the 1.6 petrol has an 18k or 12 month Service Interval.

    The 1.6 DiG T is 12500 or 12 Months.

And I found another file that indicated that Nissan would invalidate the Warranty after 1000 miles or 1 Month past due.

I looked quickly on Motorpoint and all the Acenta 1.6 I saw made no mention of being turbocharged (DiG T) though the 1.2's were marked up as DiG T.

I just thought I would get you to confirm which engine you had because if there is a misunderstanding over wether your car is turbo or not could mean you won't have to change your car.

As the warranty is not invalidated.

Thanks bigjl Partner checked and it was the 12,500 Service required by the Warranty and the first service had not been carried out at a Nissan Garage.
We are due to inspect a Tenka in about a week.
I have spoken to Nationwide as the car was paid for on my Debit Card and they will do a Chargeback if the car and Service History are not acceptable.
They were surprised that Motor point do not accept Credit Cards.

So it was a 1.6 DiG T? Not one of the normal non turbo 1.6 engines?

As my link above shows the 1.6 non turbo has an 18k mile Service Interval.

If a service is not carried out by Nissan it makes no difference to the warranty as long as you can prove that parts and fluids of equal quality have been used, so that would not automatically invalidate the warranty.
