I do get that, not least because I've been telling Shakey that Scotland is the new Ulster for months. A vote for the Tories is no more a tactical vote than one for the SNP.
Well I'd have to disagree, we do live harmoniously. It's no different from a few zoomer ukippers or brexiteers.
I can agree with that. Probably quite a few who lent SNP their vote might not normally but agree with their core policy.0 -

Forgive me if I'm wrong - I thought they did that in the mid 1960s?0 -
You're on the ground Leanne and I'm not, but that sounds complacent. Looking at the Scottish electoral map the 'English'border sees to have moved northwards overnight.
Tee hee.....
With a big "English" incursion waaaaaaay up north.
The truly scary thing for the SNP must be looking at how close Aberdeenshire South, Angus, Perthshire North, etc, are to going Tory in the event Ruth manages to further consolidate Unionist support and even slightly detoxify the brand over the next parliament.....
Just a few percent swing would do the job in these rural constituencies all over the place, and the more the SNP relate to their Glasgow/Dundee inner city socialist base the more they'll lose form the Tartan Tory heartlands.
Interesting few years ahead....
I predict Nicky will get desperate and pivot to the right before the next election.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.
Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”

You might be right but I've never heard them called by their full title until this campaign.0 -

Made me chuckle anyway.Nationalism is an infantile disease. It is the measles of mankind. - Albert Einstein.

I went for a similarly reliable source:

Guess both answers are right.0 -
