Total bs from start to finish more like.
So, your reporter knows I have not spoken with Mr Montgomery, and that Mr M has explicitly refuted this story. Yet, this....
:- Keith Brown this morning. There's not even the vaguest veneer of journalism going on in Scotland at the present time. Possibly due to the fact that Brexit is going t**s up and that Scottish Govt mandate is still on the table despite all the hysteria about the General Election.

Reports in recent days saying other UK Nhs's should learn lessons from the Scottish one. GDP better than UK as a whole. Unemployment at record lows and a new report tonight that record numbers of graduates are finding work or furthering studies. Then there's you lot here doing the below. Make up your mind petal. ;)
Opposition blaming the economy on SNP mismanagement and fixation with #scotref now state Scot Gov doesn't have powers to affect economy
It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

So by exception and interpretation of your post you think those who don't want independence (the majority of Scots then) are not proud people?

Some Scots are temporarily misguided and are voting for the Tories but they will come around in time. It is time for Scots to throw off the yoke of oppression from the aristos and mountebanks of Westminster.

Well not in your view, but for the 63% of us that didn't vote for the Nats there is.

    Try this for size:-

The Scottish Government has been accused of control freakery after it emerged senior civil servants attempted to water down a critical report on the NHS produced by Scotland’s public spending watchdog. Nicola Sturgeon’s administration came under fire after correspondence between the government and Audit Scotland revealed the lengths to which officials went in an attempt to change the wording of the report.

Now you are confusing two issues. It doesn't matter if these Scots vote Conservative, Labour or Lib Dem when the issue of Scottish independence is the topic to which you refer. There is no yoke of oppression from the Conservatives anyway, you don't know what oppression is, neither do the Scots and neither does anyone in Britain who hasn't seen it with their own eyes in a foreign land because genuinely it doesn't exist in the UK. We have become so decadent that trivial matters are referred to by some as oppression or hate because our society is actually so good that there isn't much left to moan about. Those who don't have their ideology catered for (such as the hard left see: marxists) will continually complain that the society which has delivered so much for all of us and grants us so many opportunities (regardless of whether the !!!!less take them or not) is not doing it's job since their ideology says so, dogma and not facts. This is the real truth of the matter since any remotely socialist idea must be propped up by a free market capitalist economy or else it will fail gloriously. See any communist, pure socialist government past or present. The left are well meaning idiots, always have been and always will be. A small dose of the left in conjunction with free market capitalism (where failure must be an acceptable outcome) is the only way and the best way to implement a fair and mildly socialist system. I don't see the Conservatives taking away the welfare system, therfore they are doing just that, so why the grump? Have your taxes gone up or down under the Conservatives?
