Should we remind you of the swing to the Conservatives in the council elections - which although obviously not directly comparable may perhaps be an indicator of how the land lies.
I've said before, I would not get hung up on council election votes in an STV system when trying to directly compare with a GE FPTP system:wall:
What we've got here is....... failure to communicate.

I don't think the Tories would be too disheartened with 6 or 7 seats.
To put that into context though the SNP would be on 43% of the vote and retain 50 seats. That'll mean there's a very good chance of another Scottish Independence referendum after Brexit.0 -

It has been widely-publicised all week how P*$$ poor the Tories campaign has been and yet still - STILL - they look like making inroads into what have been SNP strongholds.
It shows just how poor the SNP have been.
Its clarification because your quote was: -even the latest polls show Tories making gains in Scotland
My clarification was that they are losing the gains they apparently made.
I've read in these forums predictions that the Conservatives are predicting up to 15 seats in Scotland, however this poll shows them gaining 6 seats.:wall:

What you read was prior to recent events was it not?
This poll could show them gaining one seat.
This poll could show them gaining twenty seats.
All are largely irrelevant because as you yourself admitted, the only poll which matters is the one on June 8th.
Much can happen in the forthcoming week.0 -
I believe it did require clarification.

Indeed it can.
TM appears to be becoming more desperate
Theresa May: Help me
Not standing on policy, standing on fear and slogans"If I lose just six seats then my government loses its majority and that would risk putting Jeremy Corbyn into Number 10 Downing Street, John McDonnell in the Treasury, Diane Abbott in the Home Office - and the strings being pulled by the Liberal Democrats and Nicola Sturgeon."

Indeed all can see and judge - and many have advised you of their agreement regarding your combative, belligerent style.
You ignore it all though and persist, proving us all correct.
If as you say these alleged posts are not prior to recent events, proof of statements since the demise of Tory polls this week please?
*Note*
Incessant waffle and bluster are not asked for.
The following is:
Evidence (links) of posts this week corroborating "'I've read in these forums predictions that the Conservatives are predicting up to 15 seats in Scotland"?0 -

See if you can grasp it this time?
Appearances can be deceptive.
Are you really determined to attempt yet another game of thread ping pong?
I will refrain thank you.
You may continue in your quest alone.0 -
SNP record on education under fire. Again. The SNP has been accused of failing on education after one of its MSPs suggested schools had "widened out" from spelling and times tables.0

I saw Moray mentioned earlier. Well look at this.Unionist parties are working together by fielding "paper candidates" in some key SNP constituencies they are looking to win at the general election, STV News has learned.STV News understands all three parties are deploying the tactic in target areas including Edinburgh South, Edinburgh West, Perth and North Perthshire, East Lothian and Moray.0
