    Aye, yawn is right enough.
You say you "agree we should not be labelling debaters trolls" but how many times have you accused?????
And saying it isn't enough, naw - you need graphics too!

Still wondering why you get called troll - apart from obviously being argumentative? ? ?

Scotland will vote either way since it's already been initiated from Holyrood, not Westminster <--- Scotland votes

    If Westminster agrees <
    Scotland votes
    If not <
    Scotland doesn't vote

Have you anything to say on the topic/subject, or are you just here counting people's posts on a single thread a tad obsessively ? Jock posts in lots of threads here, especially and sometimes a LOT in the Brexit thread.

ISTL obviously has you all frothing with his calm and measured posts here. :T:T:T You are free to scroll past this thread any time you like without comment. In fact that might be preferable to the dross quoted above from someone I assume is a grown adult.
It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

If not <--- Sturgeon goes to courts or calls a Holyrood election standing on an independence ticket, as do the Greens <--- Scotland votes ( legally ).

Scottish Labour is imploding as I write over Tory/Labour coalitions in councils. So there will be lots of spare votes coming from that direction too.

Then you wonder why you get accused, posting two answers to one post?
Your love of your own voice & opinion is painfully evident.

What is it, do you just not know how to use a single post?

    It was an after thought.

Hamish and I have had many a discussion in these forums over the years, which made me recall his previous political persuasion and consider if it had changed.

It's quite telling that such a staunch unionist in 2014 has changed their position.
The SNP do not "adapt", they just take advantage of any opportunity to further their obsession for independence.

Clearly wrong, I've posted just above a movement in position where the Scottish government adapted from the discussed dates

Come now Pict, as a defensive stance I reflected the accusations of trolls back on to those who cast the assertions.

Need I also remind you that 8 posts in a row (I stopped counting at that point) you directly targeted me with no topic of conversation.

Its laughable from someone who has previously said they were themselves targeted.

Have a nice day now. :)

And in any case I was replying to string's repeated misunderstandings about the timings of any future vote. <35% ? I guess that's what you're hoping for, am not sure it's the most likely scenario though.

Wrong Shakey, the way you have described the schedule you foresee is exactly what I thought was in the SNP minds. I had no misunderstanding as on that score.

My queries were about exploring how sincere the SNP were about giving Scots the information they need to make an important Referendum decision. But the SNP don't care about anything outside their spiteful little tunnel.

So I can't say either I'm surprised to find the SNP is not sincere at all. Just a bunch of unprincipled chancers.

  • Callum McCaig "skewered" - video here:
Having none of it, the BBC host said: “But it was the SNP’s core purpose, fighting for independence.
“Why all of a sudden this change of heart, it’s no longer your priority in an election campaign?”

  • Sturgeon celebrates 10 years - with lies:
But their claims of a progressive agenda were undermined by the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), the respected economic think tank, which examined the free tuition policy as part of its analysis of the Labour manifesto.
Paul Johnson, its director, tweeted that the policy “benefits highest earning graduates most. Little benefit to those with low earnings.”His conclusion echoes previous criticisms by academics that the main beneficiaries in Scotland have been middle-class children planning to attend university anyway. Recent research found poor Scottish children are less likely to go to university than their compatriots elsewhere in the UK.
Speaking on a General Election campaign stop in Dumfries, Ruth Davidson said schools were “going backwards”, 152,000 college places had been cut and the Scottish economy is on the brink of recession while the UK’s is growing.
"And all because the SNP have spent more time trying to rip Scotland out of the UK than they have spent doing the job they're paid to do, which is to look after Scotland's public services, Scotland's economy and Scotland's education system,” the Scottish Tory leader said.

  • More on Sturgeons ten years:
Nicola Sturgeon tells us, celebrating ten years of power, that the SNP has made “real progress”.
This self-evidently isn’t true. We’ve witnessed, despite the efforts of hard-pressed frontline professionals, severely declining standards in our public services, particularly in education, on the SNP’s watch.
