You are the one disregarding democracy.
Yet again - and this becomes tedious now - this:

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/04/25/poll-blow-nicola-sturgeon-scottish-independence-support-drops/

How does that relate to a clear mandate?

    Polls can be erroneous.
Polls shows 1/8 for Clinton to beat Trump.
Polls showed overwhelmingly a remain for Brexit.

I showed a poll which backed 57% preferred Independence in Europe as opposed to 43% to remaining in the UK with a Conservative government.

Do I take that poll as a democratic mandate? No

What I do take as a democratic mandate is a Scottish government which was duly elected and included in their manifesto for a referendum should there be a significant and fundamental change.

What I do take as a mandate is MSP's (not just SNP's) voting for a second referendum.

That is democracy, not the BS you are putting up.

    Again you lie.
    Blatantly.

    The definition of ignorant:

You are ignorant of the fact that it also means
lacking knowledge or information as to a particular subject or fact:

The fact I was referring to was the FMQ and the Scottish Conservative Leaflet which showed 0 policies, only negative campaigning.

So you are ignorant on those matters.
If you are informed, you are opting to ignore the context I put forward.

What a load of utterly delusional bull parp!
"Polls are erroneous" he says - and then quotes the only recent poll which supports this delusional POV. :rotfl:

The Scottish Government as previously duly elected may soon undergo change but rather than wait the few weeks until that, you insist upon your version of democracy now?
    Quickly, before it changes eh?

Because even in the council elections, the SNP got just over 30% of cast votes.
That is NOT a mandate for the SNP.

You obfuscate because of your own ignorance.
From these posts alone, a proven liar and troll.
    Shame on you.

I will not stoop so low as to respond how I could, by comparing your supposed negative campaigning with that of the SNP.
I will let others compare if they wish.

*Note for ISTL: You won't like that either.*

It is only your opinion that the Scottish Conservatives offer nothing going forward.
Hardly surprising from a pro-SNP advocate, is it?

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2017/05/05/tory-support-surges-scottish-council-elections-voters-hit-sturgeons/

Oh look, many Scots agree with me.
    :j

    They did well against labour.
    they hardly touched the SNP's

    But again I ask.
What is the Scottish Conservatives positions on: -
    • Education
    • Health
    • Transportation
    • Social Care
    • Etc
    • Etc

Every SNP MP elected will vote against any further cuts to public spending in Scotland. What will Tories do?
Children's social care services 'set to reach breaking point'

Every SNP MP will vote to protect the triple lock on pensions. How will Tories vote?
    [URL="http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-39716986/snps-robertson-in-clash-with-pm-may[/URL]

Every SNP MP will vote against any further cuts in support for low income working families. Will the Tories?
Poor working families face big losses from benefit cuts, says IFS

SNP MPs will bring forward proposals to abolish the family cap and rape clause. Will the Tories support them?
‘Rape clause’ in family welfare cap harms mothers and children

    Wait for the manifesto.
There is no point pontificating before then, especially when you ignore what is posted.

I also cited that I did not take that poll as a democratic mandate.

    Not at all.
The Scottish vote and Section 30 question was raised before TM did a u turn on having an election.

There is no insistence on a question now as we all realise that the GE takes precedence, indeed there are no MP's in Westminster to

I've also stated that we'll know on June 08th.

If the SNP's return as the majority party in Scotland. Will you finally accept this as a legitimate mandate for the section 30 question to be answered?

When you have something new to say rather than recycling old, tired arguments I will respond.
All of the above have been amply responded to earlier.
