Hi thanks for your reply, infact thanks for all the replies they do help. Today I spent a whole day on my PC and phone ringing and writing to creditors etc explaining the current situation with ID theft and fraud, I even contacted action fraud but stopped as far as reporting him so that still hasn't been done. Yes I know deep down it needs to be done but I'm still holding back even though action fraud told me if I don't report him I too could be held responsible as I knew what he was up to but failed to report him.I now have 4 CIFAS fraud markers with more to be added from what I was told today so that's my credit history up the wall, there are approx 70 searches using my details so imagine if they all got passed, luckily the NOC and CIFAS prevented that but I know of one getting through for £350.
Now the past hour his mum has been getting threats of suicide if she doesn't give him £120, he said people are after him and had a metal bar across his head last night now he's in the local woods with a bottle of tablets being very manipulative. His words "give me £100 to £120 now and all this will stop" this type of behaviour has been gong on for years, most of the time he sends texts like that after the weekend then they stop until the following Monday so you can see how manipulative he is. The problem is his mum succumbed to his threats and it nearly bankrupt her and I wasn't told what was happening until it got too far. Now it's my turn to be prayed on aswell with the ID theft. He just doesn't give a damn if we ended up in the gutter with him.
