  • Hahahaha good timing JM!

Don't worry tea and code. I have been on medication for acne since I was 26, it comes back if I stop. This is an especially mean joke because I never had teenage spots like my peers, and thought I had escaped. It just waited until I didn't expect it.

The fire alarm people are here for their 6 monthly check. I am going to be proactive and hide in the bathroom.

    Afternoon Shipmates,

tell me about about spots turned in to spotty muldoon.

Well my free make up session turned in to £36 later :rotfl:and that was 2 brushes and a serum. Oh well Never mind can't afford it. Still not convinced the foundation is the correct colour. But the benefit girl was not there this morning  typical :rotfl:

Anyway need to start to think about getting dressed for this wedding.

Hugs and squishes and handshakes all round.

    Yours

    Calley

I've never found a foundation that's a decent colour on me (think ghostly :D) I'm perfectly happy with my skin colour, would just like something that actually matches it to cover the many blemishes.

Know the feeling. I am very pale as well.

I want to just have an even skin tone.

Whenever I find a foundation that works for my polar white tan, they immediately discontinue it or change it. I used to use doublewear but they changed their colours and I never found the right one again. Now I use everyday minerals which is about right but you can only get it in the US and the import charges are massive.

I have noticed, much to my chagrin, that they've started tinting a lot of face moisturisers. You might find one of those does the trick. I can't remember names, but I was looking at them in Sainsbury's.

I actually bought one, not realising it was tinted........it may have been Simple, or a moisturiser near where Simple is. When I got home and found it was tinted I was annoyed, but I tried a bit, and it was a good cover-up.

Trouble is, I can't stand wearing tinted stuff on my face, so I binned it. :(
Should have taken it back really, because the words about it being tinted were very small, which was why I hadn't noticed. But didn't have the energy.
