You might think that it isn't as he has seemingly good intentions. He doesn't want to physically harm you, he isn't calling you names or threatening you either. It's probably quite the opposite, peppered with a liberal dose of "I love you" and "I'm sorry".

You may not need an emergency locksmith, some barrel locks are really easy to change yourself. If there's two locks on your front door, a Yale and a barrel one you only need to unscrew the innards of the barrel one, take it to a hardware store and buy a replacement. It's a 5 minute job and cost me about £20.

Littlewing has an unending supply of Christmas variations of 'If You're Happy and You Know It...'

tea, hope you are okay, and peaceful and safe.

Putting fresh fruit in the fort for those, like me, who have eaten far too much rubbish in the last few days.

DH is putting the lights around the room and we need to hang the Xmas cards on the wall later. Then pull all the presents out of the cupboard and make sure I can find them all. Plus pick up chairs from work as we will need extra for family tomorrow. All should be manageable without too much stress.

I have a tension headache, but it isn't as bad as yesterday. Took two painkillers last night and fell asleep on the sofa until 6am. Got cold in my back so am in bed now with tonnes of duvets and bedcovers. Only downside is that I don't fancy the Baileys that I had been planning.
