Hello Tips, lovely to see you here. I recognise you from the Arms where I lurk. I am sorry you are feeling low, you are always welcome here. Sometimes people with the biggest smiles hurt the most.

I am trying an experiment, I am attempting to stop apologising for everything. Even to WaSp I probably say sorry five times a day for the smallest thing. I figure everytime I say sorry for something I am telling myself that I am wrong and bad, I always presume I am going to make a mess of everything for everyone. So, today I have not said sorry once and it's hard!
Bless you, I will say sorry for bringing my sorrows, Maybe I will try and share some tomorrow.

I think this is quite funny (but too expensive and not really for mr code)

  • Hahahaha! I love that, whitewing!

I bought WaSp a mini drone for his stocking code!

  • Good luck code :) Can't help on the gifts, I rely on people to tell me what they want or else they get nothing, as I'm so hopeless at choosing gifts!

Welcome tips, no need to apologise.

Welcome Tips, I hope things pick up for you soon.

It's hard to make suggestions without knowing what Mr CP likes but some of IzHe's silly gifts include a beard comb, spy pen (it's a pen and records sound when you click the top), a USB plug (he's forever stealing my chargers) and bingo dabbers.

Still not feeling very well, but not quite as bad as yesterday. (Throat, and generally feeling ill).

Will stay in bed again today. :(

Make sure you don't make a mess.

Hope you feel much better later, pyxis.

It is already a mess here today. Everything takes three times as long as I think it is going to so I run out of time.

I am also suffering from a sense of humour failure, code. I looked at sticking fillers last night but couldn't see anything that I wanted to link in. Particularly as 'stocking fillers' seem to have a never-ending price tag.

If anyone is struggling with gifts, the guardian's interactive present finder has some very good suggestions.
