    Yes, it was very productive!

We had a special coach come to give us lots of tips and we practised lots of techniques and things.

    Hard work, but very good.

No chance! I have a lot of prep to do for our next rehearsal, as I am leading two exercises!

Eeeeeeeep! Wow, you are brave! Good luck and I hear banana beer before bed ensures a great night's sleep to help with energy levels for rehearsals! (I am such a bad influence). :D

    Afternoon Shipmates,

Hugs, squishes and handshakes and duvet fort squishes to all.

well today has not been good. Been in bed until 5pm and only dragged myself to go and get some binge food. Had a lot of tears on and off today and so desperate to talk to my ex just to make sense of things and know that he does not hate me. Stupid I know I still have feelings for him.

Not helped by the drama I have to listen to from my lodger with his on/off what ever she is. I have tried to help him be objective. But hey don't listen to me I went through it for nearly 4 years and look where I ended up. So told him don't want to know. I will support him where I can but not on this any more.

Just feeling so lonely and unloved today. No idea why.

anyway on a good note. New curtains up. They are red LOL!!! its ok the walls in the living room are neutral colours. So a flash of red does look good. just got to get use to it :rotfl:I kinda stop and have to look every time I come in the room. Lodger says it looks good but then I am not very good with colour. I decorate in neutral colours and then add in the colour with curtains, cushions and pictures.

Hope everyone has had a good day.

    Yours

    Calley

    calley,

    that red sounds great.

The other day littlewing was very tired at the end of a lovely day. She came for a cuddle, burst into tears and wailed, "nobody loves me anymore". She was so cute. Happily, the tears soon dried up.
