Was it the one on the elephant? Maybe one of the other people on the elephant sent it in!
You don't still have it, I suppose?
I'm really intrigued, now! :rotfl:
.
I do actually! I'll dig it out later. I kept it because I wondered if that was "our Pyxis".It's a bit ago now (like I say, kept on meaning to ask but forgot) but I'm sure there's an elephant on it.
Code, that is truely b*ll*cks! What is it with these It/computer companies? Like ono was saying, the layers and layers of management just complicate everything (as D is finding out right now too) and half the time one doesn't know what another is doing or what person is meant to be doing what etc.
Ooo what musical are you going to see tea? I love musicals! Enjoy!
Cornwall looks a lovely place Izzy, have a lovely weekend! Hope the weather is wrong, and you get sun too.
The temperature is meant to be high here for the next few days 21-22 (17 today though I think) but that might come with showers and thunderstorms. If it stays dry, we'll probably go and try a new walk out in the Lakes on Sunday. Or maybe go ghyll scrambling and try and freeze waterfalls! (With my camera)

Morning Shipmates,
Hugs and squishes and handshakes to all.
Had a bit to drink last night :rotfl:Would be feeling fine if not for the fact that have had a 3 and half hrs sleep
Anyway good start to the day. My lunch date has gone up a creek without a paddle. Knew it was too good to be true. Traveling all that way to see me. text him this morning and get asked who am I. And his cousin had borrowed his spare phone. Funny that would you not put you own sim in the phone. what is wrong with people. Why are people so sad they have to play games like that. reckon his wife/GF found him out.
I also had played it safe no mention of my husband or work or mental health issues.
Told husband and said I would cancel the booking for the table for lunch. He said no he would take me out instead. He is so sweet.
At least no massive rush to get ready now. So one bonus point as I don't think I can move faster than a snail today.
I did cut the lawn out the back last night. Was too long and thick and made a right cods of it :rotfl:
We are cloudy at the moment. But might put on a dress
Yours

I am joining the ranks of the sleep deprived. Still tossing and turning at 3 am, triggered by an article in a magazine I was reading to relax which was too close to some work stuff which then spent the rest of the night whizzing round my brain.
So my plans for the day have gone pearshaped and I'm tired and grumpy. My house is a dump. My garden is a mess. Gitdog is being Gitdog. Right now I don't want to play.
(With apologies for the self pity because I have it very easy compared to some. I just don't do tired.)All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Morning all!
I am feeling everyone's lack of sleep pain today!
My mum has some fairly nutty sleep habits, which ordinarily doesn't cause me too much bother except for the days when she goes bed at 3am and gets up at 7am... which she did today. So here's me, fuzzy brained and drinking Red Bull.
Girlfriend is due over in thirty minutes or so. Nice day out so might suggest setting mum up with some guff on TV this afternoon, a cold drink and then we can go for a walk in the park for an hour. Might wake me up a bit!
Pointless aside - let the dog out last night to do her business before bed and she assumed the "inquisitive but ready to attack just in case" stance around something near the gate. Couldn't see what it was so had to drag her off, three times. Turned on the flashlight on my phone. Was a little hedgehog! I say little, was actually quite a big one.
Dog eventually realised it was no threat and wandered off. Told mum about it - "Don't pick it up, it'll have fleas".... I was planning to not pick it up because I didn't want a bunch of keratine spines poking my hands, but appreciated the tip! :rotfl:
Anyhoo, I've managed to make myself vaguely presentable today. Now I'm just hoping the groceries arrive before my girlfriend does. Hope everyone has a good dayShe would always like to say,
Why change the past when you can own this day?0 -
My two car prangs have both been when reversing into stationary parked cars. Both times due to lack of sleep. You have my full sympathy if it's a regular occurrence. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Hi guys, I've not felt able to post this week, I've been feeling so exhausted, my M.E has been so bad since the surgery, and my mood is really low. I've got a support worker for the bpd/trauma centre and I'm meeting her next fri, so hopefully that will make life easier, but I think I will only be able to go once a week , being this fatigued.
I love the heat but it doesn't love me. I forgot how much I hate living in my basement flat in summer. My neighbours have so many garden parties, it's so loud and they always stare into my flat.they psyc me out, for the disability hate incident last year. It's like living in a fish bowl
And my rosacea gets so bad, I go bright purple and people stare. I have to wear foundation to hide it, but it melts and looks awful, so I don't like to go out much in summer.
! Hope you're all ok. xMany thanks to all who contribute on MSE0
