Yay for D's extra points. :j. Nobody has used my referral code so I haven't got any referral points. They keep emailing me reminding me that I have no mates :rotfl:

I've got about 400-500 points through referrals , referred more, but some haven't done their first activity yet. Not bothered if they don't use it after that, just do it so I get my points lol! :rotfl:

Well I've been to Spar and am back. I do walk fast, but it's really only a short walk, and I only got about 1900 steps out of it, so I should have extended it, but I really couldn't be bothered. Still some exercise is better than none I suppose?

I have been in the garden and have done my back a mischief. No heavy work, just bending over which I try to do from the knees.
But since hurting my knee at Christmas followed by that one incident where my back went completely, every time I do anything that involves bending over I get back pain again. Does anyone know of any exercises that might help with core strength?
I do vaguely keep thinking maybe I should see the GP as it's been 4 months now but as knee and back are ok most of the time it seems a bit pointless. And I'm allergic to doctors.

the plank is supposed to be good for core strength, and even I can do that for a minute which took me a while to build up to.

Have a look for pilates tutorials on YouTube elsien. Pilates is all about strengthening the core.

Ok. Just so you ladies know, dying your hair after putting coconut oil on it overnight, might make it lovely and soft, but will also make it take in all the hair dye and go much darker than the box colour. Lucky I used a semi-permanent this time.

Eta: it also does not cover grey hair. I might have to admit defeat and go to the hairdresser. I hate hairdressers.

I used to use Nice'n'Easy, which, because I had very dark hair at the time, only coloured the grey, so gave it 'highlights ' of the colour, which in my case was Vibrant Burgundy.

I only started using the hairdresser when my hair became so grey that the one colour I used looked flat, so I have a hairdresser come who uses three colours on it.

I suspect my hair is 80% grey now. :(

The colour I've actually ended up with is quite nice and would look good if it had covered the greys.

Nice 'n' Easy does cover grey, though!

But was it the type that is meant to cover grey? They have different ranges, and not all of them are 100% grey coverage!
