Elsien wobble boards are good for core training
I am currently banned (until I get calories up) from mine but it's fun as well as good for core.

    I have showered.
I need to be good next week as I am interviewing for most of it

Elsien, I need to do the same strengthen core muscles. I get up with a bad back everyday.

Melly I hope this does not sound patronising but well done. Remember baby steps. And good luck on the interviews.

How you are having a good time, Ono! I have no idea what that means. Help Pyxis!

I love playing with children and they tend to really like me (not just me!), it is one of the few times when if there aren't too many judgmental adults around I let Lucee play. I was staying over at a friends after a very bad night involving A&E and her flatmate had his 5 year old son for the day. I needed a break from everything and was too exhausted to stop her so I let Lucee mostly take over and play. They ended up with a story that Lucee the princess was trapped in a hole after her castle fell down and the little boy was a fireman that had to rescue her. This went on in every room of the house for the whole afternoon, picture me (Lucee) on the floor shouting for help and the little boy dragging my arm and pulling me (Lucee) out of the hole whilst making fire engine noises and telling any passing adult that he had to save me. The game evolved to car and plane rescues as it went on, it was hugely exciting for both of them and they both just got more hyper as it continued.

The father thanked me profusely later because the little boy talked about it all the way home, his dad said no one ever plays with him like that for hours on end. Lucee was equally as thrilled especially as she was Princess Lucee so got to use her own name. I, on the other hand got to just watch and relax. Others can be useful with small children and I get to feel the emotions of being a child again which are wonderful!

"Here I am in Rome. The flight was late and the hotel is on a big hill. After I went by tram to the bottom of the hill, I couldn't find the bus stop, so I had to walk with the suitcases!"

Now, I must find a restaurant, because I'm hungry!"

Allora, Ono, il camminare ti da un buon appetito! Mangia bene! :D

Actually, it's good practice for me, because I haven't had any lessons for about a year, now, so am rusty.

Have called them to come and get her lol.
  • Have you thought of attaching a collar if she doesn't have one and sending a note to her owners asking about a cat share, Melly? If it looks like she has adopted you she probably isn't going to stop turning up anytime soon. As I said my cat share of Alex the persian went really well and got me cheap vet bills by coincidence. His owner and myself checked timings for a while and to our amusement we discovered that he wasn't actually 'going out' at all, he was just walking from one house to the other when he was bored. His owner didn't mind at all because he mostly came to me when she was at work and he didn't have any company. He would go home in the evenings so she didn't see him any less, it was just nicer for Alex who clearly hated being home alone.

Ooooh, you have a phone number! Even better!

I do, when she first started turning up they took her in WaS. She doesn't seem to want to be there though.

They need to make more of an effort to keep her in I think at least for a little while.

Her and tomcat are ignoring each other and she's asleep
