Thank you for the water tips! I do have some apples and blackberries so I shall try that. I normally live off coffee which is also a diuretic so I probably am dehydrating overnight. The plan is now to drink as much fluid as I can and see if the headache goes.
Not sure how I walk in them. I was still dressed up and had my shoes on when my lodger came home and he said you are taller than me LOL!!!
I tell you what helps me drink a bit more water. I have an old shop bought 500ml mineral water bottle. I find it easier to drink and finish that then a glass of water in front of me.
No idea why but I can normally get through a litre an half a day which is 3 little bottles.

Eventually, if you carry on with the water, you get used to it and don't need 'flavours'.
The trick is to drink it little and often - a mouthful here, a mouthful there.(I just lurve spiders!)

Also if the water has been stood and chilled for a couple of hrs it tastes so much better.
I must admit I do still drink squash. But do try and limit it as its not good for you.

Ooh! Be careful Calley! If it's a plastic bottle, they aren't meant to be re-used as the plastic leaches chemicals into the water which are dangerous.

The bottle is only a few weeks old. And I have not washed it. umm I wonder if that is why I have a few dodgy tummies.
Right I am off to find a a water bottle. I have 750Ml one and that has put me right off as its too big.

Yes, my professor suggested always having a glass of water next to me and that I take little sips throughout the day rather than trying to down a big glassful every couple of hours. As I have a gradually worsening headache now though I am trying to see if water in huge amounts will stop it. I have no idea if that works if you are already dehydrated or not.
This is where I get annoyed that I cannot simply search for the answers online. I am not being lazy, Doctor Google normally states you are dying of something horrendous and the the voices like to remind me constantly that I am on my last breath which is deeply unpleasant and anxiety inducing.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France

This ^^^^
You're really not meant to reuse those bottles. Get a BPA free bottle when you buy one Calley. I'm pretty sure most of them are now though tbh.

faerielight i missed out hugs for you (((((faerielight)))))
WaS would setting an alarm or reminder on a phone help. So it goes off one an hour so you take a mouth of water.

That's a thought, elsien. The other problem with me drinking a lot of water is I have Addisons disease which means I don't retain salt very well so if I drink more water I have to put more salt on my food, salt which of course dehydrates and there we go in a Circle of Doom. A dehydration solution with added salt could help there. I am currently sulking because everything is a juggling act between various conditions and medications.Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened - Anatole France
