It may be laughable but it is now one of the most effective ways of getting a company to respond to a customer service issue.

Ok I did what you suggested and have had no response...

I don't get this ^^. And no, they still have not responded as of this very moment, more than 16 hours later

    PARCEL MONKEY
Unfortunately, Parcel Monkey no longer operates a customer service phoneline. They rarely ever offered customer support over the phone and now they’ve completely done away with it.

Officially, the only way Parcel Monkey provide customer service is within their website’s online support system, so if your calls aren’t getting picked up, you may have to do that else contact the contracted carrier directly. Parcel Monkey send all their parcels via trusted couriers like DHL, CityLink and Yodel – contact the courier directly if you can.

Unfortunately, if you go through resellers like Parcel Monkey, when there are problems the companies taking the parcel tend to refer you back to the company you booked with. It's worth a try but in my experience doesn't often work.

    Yes they do that because

    1) You have a contract with Parcel Monkey ONLY

    2) Parcel Monkey have the contract with the courier as the parcel is booked through the Parcel Monkey account with the courier company.

Martin, you see the problem is that Parcelmonkey washes their hands of uncompleted orders. They fob it off onto the courier direclty, whereas the courier says 'it wasn't me / we can't help you either'.

Go to twitter and search for 'parcelmonkey' and see the screenshots of then fobbing off bad customer service onto the courier direclty

Yet Parcelmonkey blames the courier directly. Go to twitter and search for parcelmonkey. I can't post links / screenshots on this forum yet unfortunately, as I do not have a high enough post count
