Parcel Monkey Complaint. Phone Number

Hi everyone.
Does anyone have a phone number for Parcel Monkey. They have been unable to deliver one of my parcels to the States and I am waiting for them to return it as the person I'm sending it to gave me the wrong zip code. The parcel never left the UK. It has been about 6 weeks now and I'm pretty sure they have lost it. Their online chat and email support is useless. They said they will refund the postage when it is returned but that was 3 weeks ago and it's still not been returned. I paid extra for insurance too. What a waste of money. I'll never use them again.

Any ideas please? Thanks

Parcel Monkey don't deliver themselves, they are an agent. You can raise a ticket with them to query and they will generally answer very quickly.

Have you been back to them since reporting it being late?

if the zip code is wrong it really comes down to the buyer rather than the delivery company and certainly isn't the agent's fault.

Yes have messaged Parcel Monkey many times and they just say they will send the parcel back to me. But they still haven't done it.

I know its not down to the carrier. The zip code was just 2 digits reversed. I know it was not their fault the zip code was wrong but its also wrong for them to hang onto my parcel! This has been going on for about a month. I'll never use them again.

Thanks for phone number suggestion. No answer as yet but I'll keep trying.
  • The number above does not work, it goes through to a completely different company which doesn't have anything to do with parcels!

The original question was posted over a year ago, no doubt the number has changed since then.

Try them on Twitter. Looks like they respond to Tweets.

Hah! The fact that you have to 'tweet' a company so as to get a response is laughable.

Rule of thumb for all users. If a company does not have telephone support or at the very minimum live web chat then do not use them. No matter how cheap they are. Missing such essentials is normally a reflection on the quality of the company.

PS - the linked in profile of the CEO of Parcel Monkey can be found by simply googling 'Parcelmonkey linkedin'. Going by the CEO's profile does he seem professional to you? :)That is therefore a reflection of his company.

It may be laughable but it is now one of the most effective ways of getting a company to respond to a customer service issue.
