When you find your name on the first page of Google linked to some strange hobby magazine having won a small prize that you haven't even received. Then see that it is on a fixed blog page that isn't deleted and your name will forever be linked with some strange hobby magazine.:)

Though I have learnt my lesson now.

When you see you've won a great prize on facebook but then write a facebook comment along the lines of "oh b*gger it I think this prize is collection only" and think you've posted it to a couple of friends in a private group but you posted on the actual competition announcement post.
(making me blush again just confessing that)

ps I went back to delete it but they'd already seen it and replied! very nicely I might add!

Lazarus works on my Mac so I think it should on an iPad, it was the first ad on I installed. Highly recommended

When you've been comping for a while and you realise those few you entered in the early days are going to get you a spam folder full of job offers, free spins, credit cards, Asian/Russian beauties who can't wait to date you, modelling contracts etc etc every day FOR EVER! (unless anyone knows how to make them stop? Somehow I don't think writing to an address in USA is going to work)

When you post a competition on MSE with the wrong answer and don't realise until dozens of people have entered.

When you answer your phone to an 'unknown' number in a grumpy voice expecting it to be a cold caller/sales person and the caller then goes on to tell you that you have won a prize! Suddenly your low grumpy voice changes to a high pitched squeal and you feel stupid! Doh!

i did this, this week, i missed the first answer, filled in all the other answers 1 box out each time, pressed enter without seeing the last empty box
