That's the way I'm think about it now Louby. Hoping some positive news will come on Monday. Keep you all posted.0

So it seems to be all resolved now.
Phone call from the solicitor this morning reassuring me tomorrow is still good to go. He kept on apologising for the poor service and I said I expect to be reimbursed. This then took us onto the subject of the invoice they sent across and the someone accidentally managed to add on £95. So I asked them to remove this and come back to me with a new invoice.
I should get the keys tomorrow lunchtime and I'll head straight over to the flat. Can't wait!
I've got Autoglass coming to replace my windscreen tomorrow at my new property too and Ikea said they'll deliver some things too. Oh I'm just so excited.
Decided to take the week off work so i can paint and decorate, so my morning routine will be out the window meaning I won't be on here as often as normal. So bear with me. I'll be covered in paint no doubt.
A special thanks to those of you who consistently visit this thread and leave comments. I said it when I became debt free and I'll say it again, it doesn't seem like much but knowing you're there to virtually cheer me on and guide me from being in debt to owning a property is huge.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.0 -

Hoping that everything is going well for you, and that it all goes well tomorrow. Take a book with you if you are waiting somewhere for contracts to be exchanged - our last move took ages and I was stuck in a coffee shop waiting for them so I didn't have to go back into town later in the day.
