    Not true :p

Clarks never have sales on childrens school shoes in September, October or November.

It always starts in December :)

Sorry - I stand (in my Clark's non-school shoes) corrected. :embarasse :embarasse

I expect it's the summer shoes 'sale' in December.

My daughter in law tells me she cannot believe that the government give her over £100 a month just because she had a child.

S'ok - time flies so quickly that I bet it only feels like a couple of weeks.

Sale usually starts 1st weekend in December if you want to put the date in your diary ;):D
Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...

    I've been Money Tipped!
It's the parents who don't buy stationery for their kids who annoy me. DS2 is always lending his pencils, rubbers, etc, to his friends because he is so good natured and doesn't always get them back! Plus his colouring pencils go down really quickly because all his friends use them too. I wish I could send their parents a bill!:D[/quote]

that would be me then :D i never buy sationery for dd when i ever i buy her stuff for school some sod knicks it so far i have stolen from dd is

    4 school jumpers
    2 sun hats
    3 lunch boxs
    2 pe kits
    1 school bag
    2 pilsoles
they all had her name in and were never seen again

as for school shoes i buy the asda ones as the clarks one are crap they dont last more than a term at least with the asda one she grows out of them rather than falling apart when we are walking home this has happened twice now mind you we do have a 3 mile walk a day so that might have somthing to do with it

    Keep their baby/child/teenage photos.

  • I had my daughter's name embroidered right across the back of her school jumpers, so unless they have the same name as her, they can't nick them :D
When you were born, you were crying and everyone around was smiling. Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying! :rotfl:
